Shipping & Returns
Please note that any products purchased during the Covid-19 Pandemic can not be returned or exchanged. Please make sure you are ordering the correct item and/or size.
All shipping is estimated until the order is packaged and ready to ship. Shipping charged is only the actual amount of shipping once measured and weighed.
We compare 3 methods of shipping, Canada Post and 2 couriers, to obtain the best shipping rate for you.
Constant changing of orders will delay shipping of items.
Orders that are packaged, labeled and ready to ship, are subject to a 20% restocking fee, if cancelled.
ALL APPLICABLE TAXES charged are that of the Provinces that is being shipped to. ie PST, or HST or just GST is charge according to the shipping destination province.
You may return an item within 7 DAYS of the date of purchase.
Returned Items MUST be in unused, re-sellable condition and in the original packaging.
To return any product you must call or email (and receive a response), within the 7 day window, to discuss the problem and to obtain a return authorization.
All returns are to be sent prepaid by the customer.
Defective merchandise may have to be returned to manufacturer.
We CANNOT accept COD returns.
All original packaging must be intact and returned with the unused original condition items.
Items without the original packaging or no longer in original condition will be subject to a 20% restocking charge or may be refused.
Customers may return items for warranty work, exchange or refund as appropriate (EXCEPT for associated freight/shipping charges) within 7 days of purchase.
Some items must be returned to Manufacturer for warranty work.

If the package appears to be damaged at the time of delivery you have the right to refuse it.
If you do not refuse it you must sign for it as damaged.
Please note that your insurance is $100 unless you have asked for more insurance on the product.
Please take pictures of the damaged product and send to Tybrushe to help claim on damages.
Contact Tybrushe to discuss the problem and arrange for replacement products if warranted.
Please retain all damaged shipping cartons for inspection by the courier or common freight carrier if claiming.
Unfortunately, Tybrushe is not responsible for damage due to freezing and/or low temperatures and we are unable to replace or refund these items.
